Crab
claw scisssors, Inside leg sweep, Side thrust
kick, Double punches |
| 3. Why did you start Ju-jitsu. |
|
I
fell
in
love
with Ju-Jitsu because it allows me to bring out my inner
self , build self confidence and i have became a better person.
I have become the Jikishin Ground Fighting Bronze Medalist and have
recently become the Britsh and United Nations Heavyweight Ground Fighting Gold Medalist. I have also been able to travel around Europe with the Club training
and have made a lot of friends. |

Belt
in
Judo
and
a
Blue
Belt
in Taewondo in Canada when i
lived there for 3 years. |

My
Main
goal
is
Black
Belt
,
but
whilst
training
i
have
noticed
that
having
a
patient
Sensei
and
training
partners
who
are
willing
to
participate
makes
a
difference,

like

Learning Ju-Jitsu has boosted my Confidence greatly and has given me much
enjoyment and rewards over the last 4 years. |

| Ihave been doing Jujitsu for nearly 3 years now. |
| 2. What is your favourite throws. |
| My Favourite throws are Head / Hip / Knee throw, Full
Shoulder, Inner & Outer Windings & Stomach Throws, I also have some favourite
throws that i love being thrown from. |
| 3. Why did you start Ju-jitsu. |
| I started Jujitsu because i felt with all the trouble
nowadays it was a good way to learn to defend my children and myself if i ever
needed to. As my boyfriend ( Rob ) was already a member it seemed the obvious
choice to join the Becontree Club |

unless
you count
one Judo
lesson
when i
was about
13 which
i really
didn`t
enjoy. |
| 5. What is your Goal. |
| My 1st goal is to earn my Black belt ( 1st Dan ). Then
after that who knows what will happen. May be i`ll run my own club someday and
hopefully i will be as patient and understanding a teacher as my Sensei is. ( to
all readers she was not verbally or physically forced to say that, she just
knows it is the truth ) |
