Sponsored Throw-a-thon
On Sunday 3rd August we held a sponsored Throw and a Bric /
Brac sale and was a great success due to the support of students and families.

Siobhan Murphy
Siobhan has been training with us since she was 8, She has
achieved in obtaining Becontree Club`s first Junior Black belt, She has then
gone on to be up graded to Senior Black Belt.
Siobhan has been accepted as one of adults and has won
numerous awards as junior and senior.It is an example to all our kids of what
they can achieve. Congratulations Siobhan.
